This policy explains when and how you can obtain a return or refund from NI Commerce SASU, trading as "Avivia" ("Avivia," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read it carefully before purchasing. To start any return or refund request, contact us at hello@try-avivia.com.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our product with a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. This is a results-based guarantee for customers who use the product consistently and genuinely see no results.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, you must:

  • Use the product every day, as directed, for the full 90 consecutive days;
  • Have experienced genuinely no results after completing the full 90-day period; and
  • Provide reasonable proof of continuous daily use for the full 90 days upon our request (for example, empty product containers).

The 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is the only way to obtain a refund on any product that has been opened or used.

Returns of Unopened Products

If your product is completely unopened, sealed, and in perfect, resalable condition, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, contact us at hello@try-avivia.com for return instructions. Returns that are opened, used, or not in perfect condition will not be accepted outside of the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Opened Products

Opened or used products are not eligible for a standard return. The only way to obtain a refund on an opened or used product is through our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee described above.

How to Start a Return or Refund Request

All returns and guarantee claims begin by emailing us at hello@try-avivia.com. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions. Please do not send any product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

When a return is approved, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product or your approved guarantee claim, we will verify that everything is in order and then issue your refund to your original payment method. After we issue the refund, your bank or card issuer's standard processing time will apply before the funds appear in your account.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@try-avivia.com and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
