This Shipping Policy explains how NI Commerce SASU, trading as "Avivia" ("Avivia," "we," "us," or "our"), ships orders placed on try-avivia.com.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
After your order has been processed, delivery by the carrier generally takes 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, your location, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders.
Order Tracking
Tracking is provided for all orders. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@try-avivia.com and we will send you a replacement free of charge.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, contact us to arrange reshipment.
